Women Healthy Tips Messenger Assistant

This page explains what our Facebook Messenger "Ask a wellness question" AI assistant stores about you, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we store

The Messenger assistant stores only:

• A one-way cryptographic hash of your Messenger user ID (we never store your actual Facebook ID, name, or profile information)
• A count of how many questions you've asked
• Timestamps of when you contacted the assistant

We do not store the text of your messages, your name, or any other personal information. There is nothing to identify you by other than the hashed ID, which cannot be reversed back to your Facebook account.

How long we keep it

Your record is automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days of inactivity — if you don't message the assistant again within 90 days, your hashed ID, question count, and timestamps are erased automatically. No action is needed on your part for this to happen.

How to request deletion right now

You can have your data deleted immediately in either of these ways:

• In Messenger: send the word DELETE to the Women Healthy Tips Page. The assistant will remove your record immediately and reply to confirm it's done.
• By email: contact us through our Contact page and ask us to delete your Messenger data. We will confirm once it's removed, typically within a few days.
